Sanctified : Consecrated, set apart for divine use, and declared Holy unto The LORD.
There’s a common misconception that people can sanctify themselves through; religion, ritual attendance, “holy” ceremonies, repetitive prayer and fasting: That’s not how it is under the New Covenant in God’s Book, the Holy Bible (the KJV in English) which He’s sanctified, and through which we come to know Him in spirit and in truth.
