Father Approves of Meekness
Our Creator picked Moses, the meekest man on Earth (Numbers 12:3), to command Pharaoh Ramases-Miamun, the most powerful man on Earth, to release the Hebrews from slavery and captivity.
That’s a fascinating thought for each of us to reflect on as we desire to be used by God.
How meek am I?
Reluctantly agreeing to his life-mission, diffident Moses asked Jethro his father-in-law (and employer), for permission to leave home and “visit his brethren in Egypt”.
