    The Substance of a Good Report

    1) When the LORD utters a word then it is certain and sure from that moment, even if it is to be fulfilled in the future, because every word of the LORD is true, righteous, and good.

    2) Because the LORD writes that New Covenant believers have been healed, then they are healed regardless of what they sense: It IS so.
