A: No. Under the New Covenant believers are instructed to pray without ceasing, that is continually, 1 Thess. 5:17. So if kneeling is a pre-requisite of biblical prayer we’d never be able to stand up would we?

He wants you to walk on Earth as He walked; in His Love, mercy, grace, and power, destroying the Devil’s works by faith in God’s word.

It is pure joy to have the uncorrupted word of God to study how to please our Heavenly Father. We’ve discovered that modern English Bible translations are untrustworthy, for they chop, change, and muddy the clean water of God’s word. Depending on them is like leaning on a broken staff, or using a faulty bow against the enemies of God.

Q: We attend a Christian fellowship. I’ve been to all kinds of Christian churches. As long as it’s Bible-based, and believe in Jesus, it doesn’t matter to me what denomination it is.
As far as I remember, I was baptized in the spirit at age seven; however, I do not recall ever getting baptized in water. Is this necessary for me to do? Also I have three daughters, should I arrange for them to get baptized in water? If so why? Thank you. Olivia

Q: I was wondering what is the line between punishment and forgiveness? For example King David being punished by God.
My belief has always been that Jesus took away our sins and they were forgotten the instant we gave our lives to Him.
What is chastisement then, and why did God say to David (for his sin against Uriah) that the sword would never leave his house? Obviously his sins were not forgotten. Your answer is appreciated. Shawn

Modern Bible versions use the word “Atonement” in place of the KJV’s “Propitiation”. The terms are synonymous and signify; the expiation of sin, thus being made favourable, accepted, in the eyes of Almighty God. This is more than the cancelling of a sin debt. The guilt is not simply cancelled, but paid for, and suffered, in full. Here’s an example of how the word propitiation is used in the Holy Bible Ro. 3:21-25a KJV;
But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets.

In Ephesians Chapter 3 the Apostle Paul begins by praising God for His grace to him, and the revelation that he, a fanatical Pharisee, should be chosen to make known the Gospel of Christ to the Gentile world.
The Holy Ghost in Paul then makes the following statements, Eph. 3:9-12 KJV;
And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.
