I feared thee, because thou art an austere man… Luke 19:21a Holy Bible, KJV
An inspirational true story for those who are less than gifted orators, or struggle to master their mother tongue.
God is still able to use you for His Glory when you let Him rule your heart.
The Reverand John Wesley, in the midst of Britain’s 18th. Century revival, listened to one of his lay-preachers explain Luke 19:21 to the congregation. It moved the “educated” to mutter complaints to the leader of the Methodist Movement.
But John Wesley, had learned through bitter personal experience how God works, and Wesley uttered a remarkable response, which brought joy to The LORD.
